How to Vote by Absentee Ballot

Any registered voter may vote by absentee ballot. You don't need a reason to vote by absentee ballot. It's another way to vote if you don't want to or can't go to an early voting center or your polling place.

All registered and eligible voters will automatically receive a ballot in the mail to the address on file.

2020 Presidential Primary Election

Use the envelope provided with your ballot. No postage is required - the envelope has pre-paid postage. All mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before election day, June 2, 2020. If you can’t return your voted ballot by mail, you can also drop it into a ballot drop off box (caja de entrega de papeletas) from May 21, 2020 through June 2, 2020.
